Focusing Skills Courses online 2024-2025
Listed below are my foundation courses for learning the practise and art of Focusing and Listening.
These courses are a thorough training in Focusing and Listening and is completed by taking any introductory course (Module or workshop 1) plus Modules/workshops 2-5, all of which are listed below. Each module consists of five x two and a quarter hour sessions over five weeks. There will also be optional partnership practice between sessions with other participants. More details on the content for each module is found below. The BFA skills course is a pre requisite if you want to train in Focusing professionally.
A 10% discount is applied automatically for anyone booking more than 4 workshops together. Payment plans and concessions are available.

Please join me for the first Focusing Academy!
This online Academy will allow you to immerse yourself in one main class as well as experience other Focusing teachers through a variety of stand-alone workshops offered by teachers from around the world. This event is oriented toward beginners as well as experienced Focusers who would enjoy a chance to begin freshly.
My approach to Focusing begins with curiosity. With this humble beginning we will journey into a rich and varied landscape - exploring and developing life long skills of self-compassion, radical acceptance and deep listening. We will learn to find our inner wisdom and also befriend all those parts of us that make hearing and acting from this wisdom so hard. We will learn to find fresh air and healing in the wounded and forgotten landscapes of our inner life. We will learn to bring our curiosity to support and connect with others, both in Focusing and in our broader life Once learnt, these skills become much more than a practice and more a way of being, one we can touch in on in every moment of our lives

Can I book single workshops?
Yes, although it depends on what your previous experience is. Some workshops only work when taken in order.
Can I miss a workshop?
Yes, if you miss a workshop in the series, you can either take it with me at another time, or go through it in one to one sessions, or take it with another focusing teacher.
