Listed below are my foundation courses for learning the practise and art of Focusing and Listening. I teach these courses during the daytime, evening and at the weekend occasionally. See below for more details
These course is a thorough training in Focusing and Listening and is completed by taking any introductory course (Module or workshop 1) plus Modules/workshops 2-5, all of which are listed below. Each module consists of five x two and a quarter hour sessions over five weeks. There will also be optional partnership practice between sessions with other participants. More details on the content for each module is found below. The BFA skills course is a pre requisite if you want to train in Focusing professionally.
A 10% discount is applied automatically for anyone booking more than 4 workshops together. Payment plans and concessions are available.

Can I book single workshops?
Yes, although it depends on what your previous experience is. Some workshops only work when taken in order.
Can I miss a workshop?
Yes, if you miss a workshop in the series, you can either take it with me at another time, or go through it in one to one sessions, or take it with another focusing teacher.
