Do you struggle with not feeling good enough? Perfectionism? always comparing yourself to others?
Maybe you always feel not good enough in some way, or struggle with the painful feelings of worthlessness. Maybe you grow up in an environment that told you you were not good enough. Or maybe you find yourself driven to prove your worth by always doing and aspiring for perfection. Along side this there are so many ways we can perceive messages from outside of us that we are not good enough and need to be fixed or do something more .
I struggled with feelings of worthlessness and self doubt for decades! and for me, one of the gifts I have received from Focusing is finding a deep sense of self worth and finding a way to be with any part of me that doesn't feel this way with compassion. This four week open to all course will take us deep into this territory of ‘Not good enough” giving us practical everyday tools to find our essential self worth and to discover perhaps that there is nothing wrong with you after all.
On this course we will

- Learn how to meet all parts of ourselves with compassion and curiosity
- Learn how to meet our inner critics and judges
- Learn how to be with anything that feels worthless or not enough
- Learn how to get to know our perfectionist and comparer
- Explore ways to find our own sense of worth and develop self compassion

The course will not include partnership practice. The themes will be explored through guided Focusing exercises.
You are able to book of the course and listen in later but you will of course miss out on some aspects of the process.
The course will be recorded for sharing later on as an on demand video course.
