Bookings conditions
All events are booked through me, unless listed otherwise.
You can pay in one of two ways:
A. Bank transfer (details sent on request)
B. PayPal or Debit/Credit card
Cancellation policy For weekends and courses payments include a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost unless exceptional circumstances prevail. If you cancel with less that 72 hours notice of the event, the full fee is payable. For any residential retreats, if you cancel within four weeks, and I cannot find a replacement, the full fee is payable. Trainings and longer retreats have their own booking conditions.
Minimum numbers
Some events have a minimum number in order to run. You will be told of this in your booking confirmation. If bookings are low and it it looking the event may be cancelled - I will contact you 5 days before to let you know. If an event does not reach minimum numbers then you will be notified 2 days before the event, and you will be refunded in full or payment can be put towards another event
