Focusing is a gentle, reflective practice of listening to a deeper knowing which dwells within us. It finds a way beneath our usual stories and self-analysis to a place that knows its own way to healing and wholeness. Through turning towards and embracing our bodily felt experience with curiosity and openness, we can give ourselves the space to heal itself and bring new insights and gifts into our lives.
Focusing can be used with many other practices – such as bodywork, meditation and talking therapies…
